School bagged overall first positions in under-12, under-15 and under-19 categories and overall second position in under-10 category at Amity Chess cup it hosted. Shiven Bansal and Eshal Ahmed both from (IV) won third prize category in under-10 boys and girls category respectively.\u00a0Under-12 category winners were Akash Sharma (VII) first position; Shreya Chakrobarty and Ananya Salil (VI) third position. The winners of under-15 category were Shaurya Malhan (IX) second position; Ruchita Nair (VII) first position; Shivam Mahor and Stuti Jain (VII) third position. Chess champs of under -19 category were Gursimar Singh Aneja (XI) first position; Arindham Nath (IX) second position; Devashish Gupta (XI), Tanushree Kapila, Kashvi Batra and Alina Ahmad (VIII) third position.
