{"id":27508,"date":"2026-09-24T12:18:24","date_gmt":"2026-09-24T12:18:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amityschools.in\/mayurvihar\/?page_id=27508"},"modified":"2026-09-24T12:18:25","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T12:18:25","slug":"youth-power-2025-26","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/amityschools.in\/mayurvihar\/youth-power-2025-26\/","title":{"rendered":"Youth Power 2025-26"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Date: April 29, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Team Cysters, the youth power team of the school lead by Bhavyaa Pandey along with team members Aanya Jain, Anandita Sen and Shourya Pratap won the award for Best Awareness Movie at the grand finale of the 17th Youth Power, the annual ethical leadership and social awareness competition organised under the aegis of The Global Times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Team Cysters organised several activities to raise awareness on PCOD\/PCOS. They even reached out to Doordarshan to feature on their show &#8216;Masti ki pathshala&#8217; to talk about this issue. The episode was aired on their official YouTube channel, and the team also received a cash prize of 13500 INR. Apart from this, they organised an awareness mela which featured \u2018Insulin Resistance Booth\u2019, \u2018Hormonal Imbalance Booth\u2019 \u2018Lifestyle Check Booth,\u2019 \u2018Acne Mapping Booth\u2019 and \u2018Nature\u2019s Walk Corner,\u2019 wherein they explained significant health benefits of these everyday spices and how natural dietary elements can positively influence overall well-being. Team also wrote to the Prime Minister\u2019s Office and NCERT underscoring the necessity of incorporating PCOD\/PCOS into the curriculum. Both the PMO and NCERT officials duly acknowledged receipt of the letters with official stamps as confirmation that the representations had been formally recognised and recorded by the respective offices. The event was graced by Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity Group of Schools and RBEF along with the Chief Guest Dr. Rashmi Singh Secretary, Dept of Women &amp; Child Development, Government of NCT of Delhi, Chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women, &amp; Chairperson of Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights. This year\u2019s Youth Power was judged by eminent jury comprising Manisha Ahlawat, Founder, School of Nature, Member of UP State Women\u2019s Commission, Founder-partner at Kunzum Bookstores, and Aarti Srivastava, Professor and Head of Department of Higher and Professional Education, National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class='white'
