Amity International School, Pushp Vihar hosted the Annual Inter-School Theatre Festival Ignited Spirits – Seniors 2025 on 22 July 2025, where the senior theatre club presented a powerful production titled Reality Behind the Reels. Centred on the theme of media literacy, the play highlighted the contrast between glamorous online personas and real-life emotions, shedding light on issues like peer pressure, validation anxiety and the pursuit of digital perfection. Guided by the teacher incharges and mentored under the inspiring vision of Chairperson Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, students from Grades 9–12 delivered impactful performances enriched with multimedia elements. Distinguished judges Mr. Gaurav Pahwa and Ms. Suchitra Gupta shared valuable insights, appreciating the performance’s relevance in today’s digital-driven world. With enthusiastic participation from multiple schools, the event concluded with Amity International School, Gurgaon Sector 46 securing the Rolling Trophy, and a motivating message from Principal Mrs. Ameeta Mohan encouraging students to value authenticity over virtual popularity.
