The annual ethical leadership programme, initiated by Dr (Mrs) Amita Chauhan, chairperson, Amity Group of Schools under the aegis of The Global Times-Amity\u2019s youth newspaper, aims at grooming students as harbingers of change. Young leaders from across all Amity International Schools work on different social issues related to women, by forming teams, researching topics, designing plans of action, generating funds and finally showcasing their work in the form of a presentation at the grand finale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

School YP team \u2018Heal Thy Self\u2019 lifted the winner\u2019s trophy along with AIS Noida and also bagged the \u2018Best Documentation\u2019 award at the 12th and first ever virtual grand finale of Youth Power. They took upon themselves to spread awareness about importance of maintaining good health and fitness as a way of life. Team\u2019s campaign was aired in a special segment on radio channel 104.8 wherein they explained the idea of Fit is Hit. Their endeavour for \u2018Hum Fit Toh India Fit\u2019 won them \u2018Fit India\u2019 flagship by the government of India, an initiative launched by Prime Minister MrNarendra Modi. The team comprised mentor Sonali Batra, leader Charvi Mendiratta (Class XI) and members Harshaa Kawatra and Isha Agarwal (Class XI). The virtual finale was graced and judged by MsRicha an alumna of IIT Roorkee and former Vice President, Morgan Stanley, now a naturalist, and MsDeeksha Mittra, former media professional and life skill coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
