On the occasion of Prerna Diwas, our school celebrated a week-long festivity by being earth advocates. There was no better way to celebrate the day than committing to protect and save our mother earth. As stewards of the planet, Amitians shouldered the responsibility to protect and preserve mother nature. The day was celebrated through a series of engaging activities and events. \u00a0It kickstarted with a mass plantation drive, wherein students planted saplings to promote green spaces and enhance biodiversity. The Earth Day poster-making event helped the students to creatively express their concerns and hopes for the environment. The students delved into themes such as saving trees, climate change, and pollution reduction, creating beautiful posters that communicated powerful messages.\u00a0\u00a0The Amitians created beautiful collages using natural materials like leaves and flowers and advocated the 3Rs-Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle most fascinatingly. Thank You Badges were created in honour of Mother Earth for all the wonderful things she has given us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
