Students secured first and fifth positions at the Haryana State U-19 Chess Championship, organised by the Haryana State Chess Association at SRM University, Sonipat. Arshpreet Singh (XII) clinched first position with a ₹3000 cash prize, while Naman Khandelwal (IX) secured fifth position with a ₹1000 cash prize in the state-level competition. The championship witnessed participation from 86 players, with winners receiving medals and trophies.
