Interactive Smart Classes

Smart classes transform an ordinary classroom into an interactive learning experience using the latest technological devices like Smart Board and digital learning.

At Amity International School, Belapur, Navi Mumbai, we make the best use of Smart Boards for all subjects. We find that the result is quite satisfactory. The Smart Classes allow our students to ask questions, evaluate their work, create ideas, communicate with teachers and discover more from their studies and beyond. Digitally equipped Smart Classes are included in the school timetable from Class I onwards. Each Smart Class has a range of teaching and learning tools. This incorporates audio and visual learning material through which teachers can engage students in learning and activities which are both fun-centric and interactive.

Use of Intranet

Our excellent IT tools allow the school office to share information efficiently and immediately. This facilitates timely communication with parents. The school is equipped with Intranet facility to enhance performance and communication. Parents can also monitor the progress of their children on a daily basis. We also have a messaging system where parents can send messages to teachers and get their feedback.

Wireless Networking

At Amity, we strongly believe that technology can enhance learning. The school offers fully Wired and Wireless Networked Campus. All classrooms, laboratories and admin blocks are connected with the Internet facilities so students and teachers can make use of it for effective learning and an enhanced personalised experience. Moreover, teachers are able to communicate complex concepts in a better way which also encourages student-teacher interaction. A 24X7 internet access is provided to all computers housed in the campus.
