The much-awaited Winter Carnival at Amity International School Sector 1 Vasundhara was successfully held on 13th December 2025 with great enthusiasm and splendour, bringing together students, teachers and parents, for a day filled with joy and creativity. The event was in alignment with the vision of our respected Chairperson Ma'am, Dr. Amita Chauhan who believes in providing students with holistic, joyful, and experience-based learning opportunities that extend beyond the classroom and thrive through shared experiences and celebration. This year's Carnival featured several special attractions that captivated the audience. The Talent Show showcased a wide array of performances, including music, dance, and artistic displays while the Fashion Show added colour and charm to the day. To enhance the festive atmosphere, a lively round of Tambola was organised, drawing enthusiastic participation from parents and students alike. The campus was decorated with various rides and play zones, creating a joyful carnival environment for children. Numerous food stalls served delicious snacks and beverages, making the event enjoyable for all attendees. The school carnival also provided a platform to entrepreneurs and local businesses to showcase their products. A wide variety of handicrafts, delicacies, wellness services, ethnic and contemporary jewellery, exquisite handlooms and fabrics were showcased. One of the major attractions of the event was the announcement of bumper prizes, by the Principal Ms. Raina Krishnatray, which generated excitement throughout the day. Lucky draw winners were awarded attractive gifts, adding an extra element of thrill to the celebration. Overall, the Carnival was a grand success. The collective efforts of students, teachers, and support staff ensured a well-organised and memorable event. It culminated with much fanfare, gaiety, and exuberance.

The two-day celebration featured a wide spectrum of competitions, including Mathematical Skills, Movie-Making, Debating, Dancing, Sanskrit Shloka Recitation, Street Plays, Storytelling, Poster Designing, Art Activities and many more innovative challenges that brought out the best in every participant. The participants captivated the judges and audiences alike through their energy, talent, and spirited performances. Under the able guidance of the esteemed Chairperson of RBEF and Amity Group of Schools, Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, Amity International School, Sector-1 Vasundhara, proudly hosted the Regional Competition of Odyssey of the Mind 2024-25 on 15th February, 2025. This prestigious event witnessed the participation of 42 teams from 9 Amity schools, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving. The event featured diverse categories, with teams competing across all divisions in five long-term problems and two spontaneous challenges. Each team showcased their critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork in crafting solutions for complex problems. The coveted Rolling Trophy for the International Fair was awarded to Amity International School, Pushp Vihar, in recognition of their outstanding performance. Participants demonstrated remarkable talent and ingenuity by designing various vehicles as part of their solutions to designated challenges. Architectural skills were brilliantly displayed through structural problem-solving tasks, while drama, songs, and dance performances were skilfully incorporated to communicate creative solutions to the challenges at hand. On this special occasion, meritorious students were felicitated for their outstanding achievements in academics and co-curricular activities for the academic year 2023-24. The Chairperson of RBEF and Amity Group of Schools, Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan blessed the students and encouraged them to pursue a life mission that drives them to accomplish the lofty goals and emerge as global citizens. The festivities began with the sacred 'Hawan' ceremony and the lighting of the lamp, accompanied by the chanting of shlokas, which imbued the event with a sense of spirituality and reverence. In her welcome speech, the School Principal, Ms. Raina Krishnatray addressed Sir as a visionary educationist, philanthropist, and mentor. She commended his revolutionary contributions to the field of education and towards the welfare of students. The day was marked with the presentation of awards to students who excelled in scholastic and co-scholastic activities. School toppers of Class X and XII were honoured, and Honour Badges were awarded to the top five achievers from Classes VI to XII. Additionally, students who scored 90 percent and above in Academics were awarded scholar badges and certificates.
