Amity International School, Pushp Vihar organised the two-day Junior Amity Model United Nations (JAMUN) 2026 on 17-18 August 2026 for students of Classes V–VII. The event provided young delegates with an enriching platform to develop communication, research, public speaking, negotiation and critical-thinking skills. Students enthusiastically participated in committees such as UNGA, UNSC, World Bank, WHO, UNDP, NATO, AIPPM and The Wizengamot, engaging in meaningful discussions on national and global issues.
The second day saw continued enthusiasm, with students demonstrating enhanced collaboration, leadership and negotiation skills. The conference concluded with a closing ceremony that acknowledged the students’ preparation, confidence, teamwork and active participation, along with appreciation for the Executive Board. JAMUN 2026 was a valuable experiential learning opportunity, helping students gain an understanding of diplomacy, governance, international affairs and democratic processes while strengthening essential 21st-century skills.
