Uttar Pradesh Development Systems Corporation Ltd (UPDESCO) felicitated two budding scientists of the school with tablets and certificates for their participation in the national level exhibition INSPIRE Award-Manak (2020-21). A total of 19 students from Uttar Pradesh were selected for the prestigious annual award. Tanvi Agarwal of Class XII received the award for her project ‘Smart Drain Cleaner’, an open drain cleaner in which the grooves fixed on a rotating belt collects the waste that blocks the drains and causes water logging. On the other hand, Kanishk Jain, an alumnus received the award for his project ‘City Sewer Cleaner’, a cleaning device that cleans sewer pipes without pressurising the pipes.
