The school has been awarded with Best Scouting School trophy in Ghaziabad district by Bharat Scouts and Guides, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs, in recognition of its outstanding performance in Bharat Scouts and Guides programme. Principal Ms. Sunila Athley received the trophy from Gambhir Singh, ADM, Ghaziabad and Rajesh Srivas, DIOS Ghaziabad. The master trainer of the school was also felicitated with Guide Captain trophy. The Bharat Scouts & Guides programme was initiated at the school in 2021 for Class III-IX. This programme is part of the International Scouting Movement and aims to promote good citizenship, teach the value of service above self, encourage loyalty to the community and build character and health. The school has more than 500 students enrolled as cubs, bulbuls, guides and scouts who have in the past two years created an impressive record of participation in the International and National jamborees.
