The school chess members set out on a winning spree at the Inter Amity Chess Competition held on May 3, 2018. The senior boy’s team comprising Yash Joshi, Sarthak Choudhary, Manas Gupta, Aviraj Jaiswal and Gursimar Singh secured second position. The junior girl’s team comprising Aarika Gora, Ananya Jai, Vibhushi Agarwal, Soumya Jha, Samridhi Siingh clinched the first place. The junior boys team that included Ishaan Singh, Anmol Pipara, Suhaan Malhotra, Aryaman Gora and Priyash Gupta won the third prize.
