Travel Troopers – The Yuva Tourism club of the school, got registered and recognised by the Ministry of Tourism. Their journey began on August 25, 2022, in response to a motivational speech by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which he urged the youth to become ambassadors of tourism and promote India’s culture, tradition, legacy, and history. With ‘Wander, Discover, Explore’ as its tagline, the Travel Troopers then went on to conduct a list of activities, including a trip to Jim Corbett National Park, creating travelogues and talks, etc., to promote India as a travel destination. Mayurbhanj chhau dance, tiger dance of Sundarbans, a dance on life in Kutch, a song on Meghalaya, etc., were some of the highlights of their campaigns.
