The Youth Power team of the school bagged the award for the Best Fund Raising Model at the grand finale of the 15th Youth Power, the annual ethical leadership and social awareness competition. The team ‘Vastraveer’ comprising team leader Lavanya Srivastava along with Aviraj Katiyar, Kaavya Murty, Chhavi Sharma, and their mentor conducted several activities to spread awareness on sustainable clothing. They organised fabric waste collection drive and collected over 10 kg of fabric cuttings collected for repurpose into bags, clothes, toys and other items. They also donated clothes to an orphanage and pet bedding sets to a shelter home for street dogs.
