A special assembly to pay tribute to the freedom fighters was held by the students of Class I-V. The assembly commenced with lighting of the lamp followed by prayer and reading out of the news headlines and thought of the day. The school band presented a medley of patriotic songs and students of III-V gave a dance performance on ‘Vande Matram’. A speech on great freedom fighters of India was given by Priyanshu of Class IV. The assembly ended with a school song and national anthem.
