A three-day Professional Development Programme (PDP) was conducted from 12th to 14th January 2026 in both offline and online modes to strengthen pedagogical practices and promote future-ready education. The programme began with an inspiring session on “Sanskaar & Skills: Values & SEL” by Mrs. Ameeta Mohan, Principal, highlighting the importance of values-based and holistic learning.
Educators engaged in enriching sessions such as Communication Skills in Daily Life, Interdisciplinary Approach (NEP/NCF), Assessing Competencies, Not Content, AI in Education, and Creativity and Innovation in the Classroom. The programme proved highly beneficial for teachers, offering practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and meaningful professional learning experiences.
Aligned with the vision of NEP and NCF, the PDP empowered educators to create learner-centric, innovative, and globally relevant classrooms.
