School team bagged consolation prize in the 26th inter-school patriotic group song competition ‘Dhwani’ was organised for students from Class VI-XII. More than 18 schools from Delhi/NCR took part in the competition that celebrated the intangible facets of Indian cultural heritage and cultivated deep-seated reverence for the nation. The event witnessed display of the harmonious blend of music and patriotism which kindled the sentiments of unwavering loyalty and respect for the country. The esteemed jury comprised Hindustani classical music maestro Sukriti Sen and tabla virtuoso Shambhu Nath Bhattacharjee. The highlight of the day was Sukriti Sen’s melodious rendition of ‘Jo samar mein ho jaye amar’ which touched everyone’s heart.
