The air-conditioned residential rooms with an attached bathroom and sitting lounge equipped with sofa, cable TV and refrigerator are on twin sharing basis available.

- Boarders follow a strict daily routine and are not allowed to leave the campus without prior permission either from the wardens or the Principal.
- They are permitted to go on short exeats for phone calls and outings on Saturday only when accompanied by the wardens.
