The school organised a special orientation programme for the students and teachers on their school newspaper The Global Times. The workshops conducted in two parts for students and teachers were conducted by resource person Vira Sharma, managing editor and Bhawna Tuteja, associate editor from The Global Times. The workshop on teachers focused on the usage of newspaper as an educational tool to enhance the language, knowledge and creativity of students. The students were told how they can contribute for their school newspaper to voice their opinion, learn new styles of writing and get a real-life journalistic experience by being a part of the only registered school newspaper in India.
