The school bagged awards in several categories at the 15th GT Awards ceremony, marking the culmination of the annual Making a Newspaper contest by The Global Times. The competition witnessed 12 branches of Amity Group of Schools across Delhi-NCR and UP compete for the coveted winner’s trophy and prizes in 15 categories. The team won first prize for Best ABC of News and third prize for Best Poem and Best Ground Reporting, Best Educational Poster The competition was judged by eminent jury comprising Kriti Kambiri, Editor, Hindustan Times and Asheeran Rafi, Senior Digital Graphic Artist, The Times of India. Ms. Megha Mamgain, Editor, Health and Lifestyle and Vice President, Jagran Media Group graced the event as the chief guest. Blessing the students, Chairperson Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan lauded their professionalism in designing the newspaper and encouraged them to strive to be the best in their endeavours.
