DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • Self-attested copy of birth certificate of the child 
  • Self-attested copy of proof of residence (Ration card/ Voter ID card/ Electricity or Water bill/ Tenant’s Deed/ Gas connection/ Aadhar card/ Passport, etc.)
  • Self-attested copy of Aadhaar card of parents and child 
  • Attested photocopy of Passport, Visa, and OCI/ PIO or Student Visa in case of foreign nationals
  • Self-attested copy of vaccination card of the child 
  • 2 photographs of the child, 1 photograph of each of parents 
  • Transfer certificate (KG onwards) 
  • Report card of previous year(s) (KG onwards)
