School bagged the coveted winners trophy along with first runner up award for best editing at the 12th GT Awards, held in hybrid mode with simultaneous screening across all the branches of Amity Group of Schools. It also won first prize for best ground reporting, best autobiography and best ABC of news; second prize for best history decoded; and third prize for best top story, best perspective story and best photography. Resham Talwar and Keshav Gupta, were amongst the eight Amitians who received the prestigious GT School Time Achievement award for having worked with The Global Times throughout their student life. The annual award marked the culmination of inter Amity Making a Newspaper contest in which 10 branches of Amity Group of Schools make their own newspaper contest edition. The contest editions were judged by eminent jury members comprising Shiny Varghese, senior editor, Indian Express and Arya Praharaj, chief illustrator, Times Group.
