INTRODUCTION
The annual ethical leadership programme, initiated by The Global Times-Amity’s youth newspaper, aims at grooming students as harbingers of change. Young leaders from across all Amity International Schools work on different social issues related to women, by forming teams, researching topics, designing plans of action, generating funds and finally showcasing their work in the form of a presentation at the grand finale.

School YP team‘Sambhav’ won the first runners up position and the award for ‘Best Social Podcast’ at the 12th and first ever virtual grand finale of Youth Power. They stood up for the inclusivity of special needs children in mainstream society and creating inclusive daily life solutions for them. The team comprised mentor Garima Pandey, leader Himanshu Sharma (Class IX) and members Bhuvi Pandey, Lakshay Sawhney, Madhav Sharma (IX). The virtual finale was graced and judged by MsRicha an alumna of IIT Roorkee and former Vice President, Morgan Stanley, now a naturalist, and MsDeeksha Mittra, former media professional and life skill coach.
