School team was felicitated by Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Cabinet Minister of Jal Shakti, for securing third position all over India and first position in Uttar Pradesh, at the 3rd National Water Awards, launched by the Jal Shakti Ministry in 2018. The award ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan was graced by President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind. School won the award for its various projects, assemblies, awareness programs and infrastructure support created for good water management. Its key award-winning endeavors were: 800 trees inside and outside the school premises, 109 toilets, 10 toilets with sensors, 10 sprinklers, 24 rainwater harvesting pits, 70 borewells and 5000 litres underground water supply tank.
