Sreemoye Chatterjee and Krish Talwar of Class X and Shivain Gupta and Henaysha Chhabra of Class IX along with 5 students from different branches of Amity Group of Schools participated in the 12th edition of YRoNS organized under the aegis of AERC. The conference, an initiative of Dr (Mrs) Amita Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity Group of Schools was hosted by Amity International School Amstelveen, Amsterdam. Total 46 students from 7 countries namely Hungary, France, Norway, Slovenia, Germany, Netherland and India took part in the symposium and presented science projects on the theme ‘World of Colours’. Students also got hands-on learning experience as they visited prominent places like Nemo Science museum, Micropia- a museum of microbes, Artis Zoo, a goat farm, Madurodam – a miniature museum, and Keukenhof –the largest flower garden in the world. They also interacted with eminent scientists, ambassadors of both India and Netherlands and imbibed valuable lessons.
