Students of Class II ushered in the Janmashtami festivity with their dance drama, Krishna Katha. They beautifully enacted scenes like Dashavtar and incarnation of Lord Krishna, his birth, his joyful antics with brother Balram, and his days spent with the Pandvas at Sandipani Ashram. The heart touching scenes of Krishna and Sudama, Krishna-Balram, Krishna and Kalia Naag, brought to light Krishna as the worldly philosopher, guide, and friend. His last appearance as Parthsarathi on a grand horse driven chariot left a lasting impact on the audience.
