Four years ago AIMUN was conceptualized to provide students International exposure. The AIMUN conference aims at strengthening communication skills of students and also grooms them as global leaders. AIMUN truly imbibes the meaning of its insignia “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” -“the world is one family”.

The 13th AIMUN held on the virtual platform Zoom for the first time, saw 300 participants across 5 countries participate in six exciting committees. The conference with the motto ‘Be your own light’ was organised under the aegis of Amity Educational Resource Centre (AERC) together with Amity Group of Schools, under the visionary leadership of Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan Chairperson, Amity Group of Schools & RBEF. Shivam Pareek (XII) played the role of the chairperson, United Nations. The other members of Executive Board were Anandi Ganguly (XII), Vice-Chairperson, WHO and Siddhartha Johar (XII),Rapporteur, National Security Council. Special mention awards were won by Anubhav Pandey (XI), Yashasvini Verma (XI), and Divik Dodeja (XI) in UNEP, UNESCO and AIPPM committees respectively. The three-day event graced by eminent dignitaries from UN and WWF, etc., also included a spectacular cultural evening and an alumni meet organised by the school.
