Over 500 students from India and overseas participated in the 11th edition of Amity International Model United Nations 2018, held at Amity University, Noida from November 15-17, 2018. The programme saw an international delegation from 12 countries and 6 states pan India take part in eight committees namely WTO, Gen Assembly, CCPCJ, AIPPM, BJP-RSS, HSC, UNSC and EU to deliberate upon a wide range of issues. Arushi Gupta, Jahnvi Vig and Mairaa Jhanjee served as USG Global Press, USG Crisis Affairs, and USG Logistics respectively while Khushi Saxena was the Editor-in-chief. Pia Tripathi (Rapporteur, EU) and Vansh Chopra (rapporteur, HSC) were part of the Executive Board. The school bagged the overall Best Delegation Award. Vidhi Batra, Shivam Prateek and Suraj Raina won Best Delegate award. Ananya Rai and Saksham Bajaj won High Commendation award. Anandi Ganguly, Siddarth Johar, Kunal and Anusha won Special Mention award in their respective committees. The three-day conference also included special workshops for international delegates with students of Amitasha and Atulasha. Students also got an opportunity to attend workshop on Forensic Sciences and Biotechnology at Amity University.
