Date: July 2017 – May 2018
The school hosted Alexander Aurin from USA for 10 month Kennedy Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Abroad program, sponsored by the US Department of State. During the 10 month long academic program he studied humanities subjects, learnt chess, yoga, vocal music, Indian Art, cooked Indian dishes in the home science classes and participated in a number of school activities. He was hosted by Class X student Archit Mathur and his family under whose care and guidance he experienced the Indian culture, cuisine and warmth of Indians and did community service in an old age home. He also experienced travelling to various places in Delhi and India including Rajasthan and Kerala.
