Diti Sharma of Class X attended Harvard YLC (Youth Lead Conference) India held virtually. Total 120 youth from all over India were selected for the conference which saw around 3000 applicants from India. The event based on honing leadership skills in young students was coordinated by AERC (Amity Educational Resource Centre). In the conference she learnt to define and practice leadership, making S.M.A.R.T goals, problem solving, while working on the project titled ‘Educational facilities for mental disabilities’.
