TOD FOD JOD (TFJ) is an initiative of National Innovation Council (NInC) that aims to provide hands-on learning environment where students can de-construct, re-construct or re-purpose everyday products that they use , like ceiling fan, telephone etc and link these de-constructed aspects to their concepts and principles they learn in their class rooms. These free-form sessions are conducted by ‘mentors’, who are teachers that guide students rather than teach. The students participated in the first TOD FOD JOD Mela was organized by NInC on Jan 31, 2013 where children from different schools showcased their jod items.
