Admissions to various classes are carried out as per the vacancies and guidelines issued by the Directorate of Education from time to time.

Procedure for Admission to class I (General Category)

  • Children born between 1st April, 2019 to 31st March 2020, are eligible for class I in the session 2025-26.
  • Download application form. Click here to download Link.
  •  Fill form online and pay online the processing fee of Rs. 25 using credit card.
  • Note down registration number and password for further correspondence
  •  Read all instructions given on the page carefully.
  •  The duly filled form is to be submitted at the school reception as mentioned on the website.

LIST OF (SELF ATTESTED) DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE FORM ON SUBMISSION AT SCHOOL (For Delhi Parents)

1) Date of Birth Certificate of child.

2) Residence Proof (Passport, Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Voter I Gard, Rent Agreement etc.)

3) Aadhar Card of the child and both parents

4) Vaccination Card of the child.

5) Previous school report card.

6) P.E.N. Number of student

7) Salary/working Certificate of parents.

8) APAR id of student

9) Alumni Proof (if applicable)

10) Sibling Proof (I. Card, Previous Year’s Report Card) if applicable

11) Last Fee receipt of previous school.

Registration procedure and rules for class II and above

  • Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted at the school reception.
  • Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photographs will not be processed / accepted.
  • There will be a written test for students seeking admission to classes II upwards. Only those candidates who clear the written test will be called for an interview.
  • Attested copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or concerned civic authority, Address proof(Election card/ Aadhar card/ Telephone bill/ Electricity bill- any one of them) and Photocopy of Report Card of the last exam passed must be attached with the Registration Form
  • Mid-Term admissions are possible depending on the vacancies arising in any given class.
  • Fee is charged quarterly for every student.
  • Quarterly fee is due for payment on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October and 1st January of every quarter. Last date of payment is 10th of the first month of every quarter. Late payment fine is imposed thereafter till the last day of the month. The name of the child is liable to be struck off the rolls, if the fee is not paid by the last date of the said months.
