Admissions to various classes are carried out as per the vacancies and guidelines issued by the Directorate of Education from time to time.

Procedure for Admission to class I (General Category)

• Class Age Criteria: 5 as on 31 March 2024 (born between 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019)
• Download application form. Click here to download Link.
• Class I admissions for academic year 2024-25 open for Amity International School, Mayur Vihar are available only online and the processing fee of Rs.25 can be paid only online through credit card
• Note down registration number and password for further correspondence.
• Read all instructions given on the page carefully.
• The duly filled form is to be submitted at the school reception as mentioned on the website.
• All orginal documents are to be brought on the day of interaction.
• Forms will be available online from Thursday, 23 November 2023 to Friday, 15th December 2023.
• Enter necessary details. Pay the application fee (Rs.25) online using credit card. Print the duly filled application form, affix the required photographs, and submit the completed form along with a copy of proof of residence, copy of Aadhar card of the child and copy of the birth certificate (all Self attested) at the school Reception on any working day from 23rd November 2023 to Friday, 15th December 2023 Timings for submission of complete form along with below mentioned documents from: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. (on school working days)

Note: EWS admission will be processed under directives of Delhi Directorate of Education.

Display of selected candidates list

• 1st list will be displayed on 12 January 2024.
• 2nd list if any will be displayed on 29th January 2024.
• Closure of admission process – 8th March 2024.

Deposition of fee

• The Fee must be deposited within 3 working days of declaration of the final result or else the offer of admission will be declared null and void. In such a case the child’s seat will be offered to the next candidate on the list.

LIST OF (SELF ATTESTED) DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE FORM ON SUBMISSION AT SCHOOL (For Delhi Parents)

1) Date of Birth Certificate of child.
2) Residence Proof (Passport, Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Voter I Gard, Rent Agreement etc.)
3) Aadhar Card of the child and both parents
4) Vaccination Card of the child.
5) Previous school report card.
6) Covid Vaccination report of parents 7) Salary/working Certificate of parents.
8) Undertaking to be sign in the school office.
9) Alumni Proof (if applicable)
10) Sibling Proof (I. Card, Previous Year’s Report Card) if applicable

Registration procedure and rules for class II and above

• Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school reception.
• Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photographs will not be processed / accepted.
• Attested copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or concerned civic authority, Address proof(Election card/ Aadhar card/ Telephone bill/ Electricity bill- any one of them) and Photocopy of Report Card of the last exam passed must be attached with the Registration Form
• Mid-Term admissions are possible depending on the vacancies arising in any given class.

Procedure for fee payment

• Fee is charged quarterly for every student.
• Fees at the time of admission payable by Demand draft/ Pay order in favour of Amity International School, East Delhi in the school office.
• The name of your ward, class and registration no. should be written at the back of the Demand Draft / Payorder.
• Those using the bus must ensure that the correct amount is filled in the fee cheque. Quarterly fee is due for payment on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October and 1st January of every quarter. Last date of payment is 10th of the first month of every quarter. Late payment fine is imposed thereafter till the last day of the month. The name of the child is liable to be struck off the rolls, if the fee is not paid by the last date of the said months.
