Learning Enhancement Centre (LEC) at Amity International School, Sector 46 follows an inclusive approach for children with special needs. It provides full-fledged support system, catering to the needs of students who are Slow Learners or have learning disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder (ADHD)& Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In addition, we guide students who have difficulties in learning or are underachievers in their core subjects.
LEC provides support to students who are academically weak. Students with these kinds of special needs are likely to benefit from additional educational services such as specialized approach towards learning process, use of technology, a specifically adapted teaching learning environment, or resource room aimed at enhancing the potential of such children.
We have a team of trained Special Educators who firmly believe and practice the theory of Multiple Intelligence to fill in the learning gaps, boost their confidence and make them independent learners.
