Sacchcharitra: Build Character, Inspire Change

The school celebrated its senior school annual day, titled ‘Sacchcharitra: Build Character, Inspire Change’. The event saw the presence of Chief Guest, Captain Indu Boken Kasana, District Education Officer (virtual); Ms. Pooja Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity Humanity Foundation; Ms. Divya Chauhan, Chairperson, ASFT, ASPA & ASFA; Ms. Riddhima Chauhan, and other dignitaries of Amity Education Group.

The programme kickstarted with an enthralling performance by Sur Sarthi, the school’s orchestra, in which over 280 students performed Raga Desh live.  Principal, Dr. Arti Chopra, presented the annual report, which highlighted the school’s achievements across academics and sports, both nationally and internationally. Sankalp, a special musical performance by the students of Amitasha, Chairperson’s initiative for the empowerment of underprivileged girls.  Stealing the show was dance drama ‘Sacchcharitra: Build Character, Inspire Change’, by over 2000 students, featuring 8 grand theatrical scenes.  Further, the key highlight of the evening was ‘Vijaymanchan – The Victory Saga’, wherein accolades were awarded to senior students with outstanding achievements.

The prestigious Baljeet Shastri Award was conferred upon Manvi Yadav of Class XII. Nishant Navani of Class XII was honoured with Vedvati Vidyalankar Award for academic excellence. Yuvraj Mehta (XII) earned Dhananjay Mohan Cup for his perseverance while Aditya Thakran (XII) was bestowed with Europa Indian Foundation Cup for his remarkable achievements. Arushi Jain (XII) and Aryan Arora (XII) were recipients of Chairperson’s Appreciation Award for their exceptional dedication, and Shiren Kaul (XII) claimed Founder’s Cup. Additionally, Special Appreciation Award was bestowed upon Siddhant Kaura (X), Pakhi Bisht (XI), Khyati (X), Sanavi Sood (X), Idha Nehra (X), and Aishwarya Dhawan (VII) for their excellent display of talent and commitment.
