Amity Career Counselling and Guidance Cell (ACCGC), in collaboration with the College Board, organised a ‘Student Educator Meetup’ at AIS Noida. The event became a successful platform for collaboration and learning, benefitting the students who wish to aim for higher education opportunities abroad. More than 100 students from Amity Group of Schools in Delhi/NCR engaged in insightful discussions about international education opportunities, application processes, and college admissions, with the delegates from the world’s top ranked universities, including Ivy League like Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Columbia University, Boston University, University of Cambridge, Indiana University, Vanderbilt & HKUST to name a few. They also had the unique opportunity to interact with Rushi Sheth, Vice President (international), College Board; Meenakshi Kachroo Chatta, Senior Director, South and Central Asia; James Zika, Senior Director, Planning and Operations; Scott Smith, Director, International Higher Education; and Mehak Verma, Outreach Manager, South and Central Asia & K-12 schools’ lead, India. A Science exhibition showcasing the top innovative projects of students from Amity Schools in Delhi/NCR and The Global Times, Amity’s registered youth newspaper, was also organised, highlighting the creativity, critical thinking, and innovative spirit of Amitians.
