An interactive session with Kondakova Elena Vladimirovna -The Pilot Cosmonaut of the Russian Federation was hosted for Class X-XII under the aegis of Amity Childrens Science Foundation to mark the ‘60th anniversary of Space flight of the world’s first woman Cosmonaut, Valentina Tereshkova’. Kondakova Elena Vladimirovna shared her experience about her journey in space and spoke about female cosmonauts and their problems. The highlight of the event was the video of the Space Scientists addressing the Amitians from the International Space Station and motivating them to make career in the field of space exploration.
