Amity International School, Mayur Vihar, transformed its grounds into a vibrant hub of joy and community spirit during its eighth Winter Carnival held on January 31, 2026. Designed to bring students, teachers, and parents together, the event was a spectacular confluence of food, fun, and festivity, celebrated with infectious enthusiasm by all attendees.
The carnival featured a diverse array of attractions, including beautifully decorated games stalls, art and craft corners, nail art, and jewellery stalls. Younger guests were particularly delighted by the Kiddies Kitchen, a captivating magic show, and a variety of joyful rides. For the wider public, the gala fete offered an aromatic food court and a range of engaging performances. Among the highlights were the Karaoke stall, which set a lively musical tone, and the highly anticipated ‘Talent Show’ and ‘Fashion Mania’ segments, where performers received thunderous applause from the audience.
The spirit of participation was evident throughout the day, from the competitive Tambola rounds to the energetic live DJ sets that kept the atmosphere electric. Prioritizing wellness alongside entertainment, the school also hosted a free health and eye checkup stall for staff and parents. The event concluded with a formal recognition of excellence, as Principal Ms. Meenu Kanwar and wing coordinators judged the stalls and awarded prizes to students, parents, and teachers alike. The excitement reached its peak with the announcement of the raffle ticket draw winners amidst great cheering. Reflecting the unity of the Amity family, the grand success of the carnival was mirrored in the bright smiles of every participant, marking another milestone for the institution.
