Students of Amity International School, Mayur Vihar participated in the Amity Space Design Competition 2026, organised by the Amity Children Science Foundation, and secured the First Prize for their project “UTOPIA – A Sustainable Mars Orbital Settlement.”
The innovative concept impressed the jury with its solutions for artificial gravity, life-support systems, energy generation and robotics. Students also attended an insightful session on ISRO’s Mangalyaan mission by Mr. T. K. Sundara Murthy, Mission Director, ISRO.
The achievement reflects the students’ scientific aptitude, teamwork and creative problem-solving skills.
