Class Assembly: Mental Health & Emotional Well-Being

A meaningful morning class assembly centered on the theme of Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being was organized by the students of Class X C in the School Auditorium. The assembly aimed to raise awareness about stress management and reinforce the message that mental health is as vital as physical health.

The program featured an insightful speech presented in an engaging podcast format, followed by an impactful Nukkad Natak (street play) highlighting practical approaches to managing academic stress and emotional challenges. To emphasize mindfulness, the assembly included a guided, relaxing breathing exercise in which the audience actively participated.

The event concluded with words of wisdom from Vice Principal Dr. S.K. Singhal and Senior Wing Coordinator Mrs. Archana Upadhyay, who commended the students for their thoughtful presentation and reiterated the importance of seeking help and maintaining emotional balance. The assembly was conducted with immense zeal and enthusiasm, leaving a positive and reflective impact on all present.
