With an objective to provide a platform to learn and share knowledge and discuss instructional strategies to meet various learning objectives,CBSE organized a two day Capacity Building Programme on History . 35 teachers from different schools across NCR participated in the event. Teachers were divided into different groups, and they actively participated in evaluating their own style of teaching through several self-evaluation techniques, helping them to understand their teaching styles Teachers also sportingly took part in group activities which involved mind mapping, crossword puzzles, Quiz, role plays, presenting lesson plans and also shared their personal experiences in classrooms which helped others to learn new ways of interacting with children.
Lighting the lamp of knowledge
Interesting activity was organized for each group where the participants were given a situation to build a story and relate it to the theme of the chapter.
